At JD Fitness there are no distractions and no one to be intimidated by as you have your own private space to train in with all the equipment available to you and only you during your sessions.  

Sessions are designed to be effective, efficient, affordable and most importantly, motivating!  Come work in our private and intimate studio with state of the art equipment and allow our shared experience and expertise help you pave the way to a healthier, sustainable and balanced lifestyle.  

Want to train with a partner, spouse or friend?  We have tandem rates available as well.

What are the benefits of going the ‘personal trainer’ route at JD Fitness: 

  • Private gym space - during your session you have the gym and equipment to yourself.  All equipment is dissinfected and cleaned after each client. 
  • Personal Program Design – you will have a program that is uniquely personalized to work around your goals and limitations
